My name is Heather Larson and I am a journalism student at PVCC, transferring to Boston University in September 2006 to major in liberal arts. This is my ePortfolio, containing articles I have written for Northeast Mesa Lifestyle Magazine, Gilbert Lifestyle Magazine, Sweat Magazine, and Veg News Magazine. My background is in radio broadcasting, though since beginning that career almost nine years ago, I have picked up experience as a writer-editor for national broadcast radio news, a writer-editor for magazines, and as a web copy writer for search engine optimization at a search marketing firm.
I am currently looking for a great new opportunity to work within the media where I can use a wide range of my skills to be creative and help a company to win. I have a mix of journalism, radio, and Internet skills that would be a valuable asset to any competitive media company.
